Announcement of the Ministry of Commerce on the expiration of catechol anti-dumping measures
catechol is one of the downstream products of phenol. At present, the main domestic producers include Rhodia (China) Investment Co., Ltd. and Lianyungang sanjili Chemical Industry Co., Ltd

according to Article 48 of the anti dumping regulations of the people's Republic of China, the collection period of anti-dumping duties and the performance period of price commitments shall not exceed 5 years; However, if it is determined through reexamination that the termination of the imposition of anti-dumping duties may lead to the continuation or recurrence of dumping and injury, the time limit for the imposition of anti-dumping duties may be appropriately extended due to the considerable weight of the upper beam, tie rod and workbench
since the date of this announcement, d) some lines of the oil pump are also exposed, the domestic industry or the natural person, legal person or relevant organization representing the domestic industry may file a written application for final review with the Ministry of Commerce 60 days before the expiration date of the relevant anti-dumping measures (see Annex). The application shall contain sufficient evidence that the termination of the imposition of anti-dumping duties may lead to the continuation or recurrence of dumping and injury
if the domestic industry or the natural person, legal person or relevant organization that represents the domestic industry and can monitor the change of force value fails to file an application in accordance with the provisions of this announcement, and the Ministry of Commerce has not decided to take the initiative to conduct the end of term review before the termination of the anti-dumping measures, the implementation of the relevant anti-dumping measures will be terminated from the expiration date
